The Body Clinic have sourced cork products for clients as they are conscious about how we impact the environment and providing quality products to support your body. Cork is not only durable and an excellent trigger therapy tool due to the firmness but it's also naturally antimicrobial, recyclable, sustainable and biodegradable.

How can this product support me?

We have designed our Cork Movement Mat's to be the perfect, versatile mat to support you no matter what type of movement you are doing whether it be yoga, pilates, floor exercise or stretching. By choosing cork as the top layer, it provides maximum grip (especially for those who are sick of sliding mid downward dog. Am I right?). The bottom layer has been made with natural rubber which is also recyclable but provides enough support to cushion hard surfaces without interrupting that concentration face when you're trying to perfect that one-legged pose.

Did you know...Cork trees live for about 250-300 years and are only traditionally harvested after 25 years of life then every 9 years thereafter making it the ideal renewable resource.

How can this product support me?

This cork roller has been designed to be compact for travel and an all-rounder to provide a myofascial stretch and release to most larger parts of the body. It can also be a great prop for stretches and my go- to for opening up the pec and shoulders.

Did you know... You can also use this tool to open up and stretch your upper shoulders and pecs by placing it lengthways down your mid-upper spine with a pillow supporting your neck. Open your arms out to the side of your body and allow yourself to focus on your breath for 1-3 minutes until you feel your shoulders soften an relax then move them into the Y position and repeat.

How can this product support me?

Trigger Therapy Ball's are our hero product and something we would educate almost every client of ours about for pain relief at home. They are small, lightweight and an all-round simple tool to utilise at home when you have that niggling pain in between your shoulder blades, that constant headache or that sore right hip that has you up stretching in the middle of the night. Your partners will thank us for saving their thumbs later.

How can this product support me?

Trigger Therapy Peanuts double as a Trigger Therapy ball and prevents you from having to design a makeshift massage tool for the muscles on either side of your spine (hands up who currently has two tennis balls tied in a stocking?). If you haven't tried one for this exact reason I promise you won't be disappointed. It is also my go to for that hard-to-reach position around and under your shoulder blade.
